    Refund Policy

    Court bookings

    • 24+ hours before: free cancellation or reschedule — full refund to the original payment method.
    • 2–24 hours before: account credit for the full amount, usable within 90 days.
    • Less than 2 hours / no-show: non-refundable.
    • Cancel through your Play by Point booking confirmation or email hq@thejar.club.

    Memberships

    • Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time — the membership runs to the end of the paid period and won't renew.
    • Annual memberships include a 14-day cooling-off period from the start date for a full refund, provided no member benefits have been used.
    • Founding-member offers may have specific terms set out at the time of purchase — those terms prevail.

    Events, clinics & programs

    • 7+ days before: full refund.
    • 2–7 days before: 50% refund or full credit.
    • Less than 48 hours / no-show: non-refundable.
    • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll receive a full refund or option to move to another session.

    Consumer rights

    This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If something we've provided isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement as set out under those laws.
