    1. About these terms

    These terms apply to your use of this website and to your visit to The Jar HQ venue at 35 Emu Road, Maidstone VIC 3012, operated by The Jar Pickleball Club Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site, joining the HQ list, booking a court or entering the venue you agree to these terms.

    2. Website use

    Content on this site is provided for general information about The Jar HQ. The site is offered "as is" — we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. All text, imagery, logos and branding are owned by The Jar Pickleball Club Pty Ltd or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

    3. The HQ list

    When you join the HQ list we'll email you about openings, memberships, events and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to hq@thejar.club.

    4. Bookings

    Court bookings are handled through our booking partner Play by Point. Their booking terms and our cancellation rules (see the Refund Policy) apply to every booking. You're responsible for using the courts safely and following posted venue rules and staff direction.

    5. Venue rules & safety

    Pickleball and padel are physical sports. You play at your own risk and warrant you are physically able to do so. We may refuse entry, end a session or remove anyone for unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour. You're responsible for any damage you cause to the venue or equipment.

    6. Phasing & changes

    The Jar HQ is opening in stages — pickleball from Saturday 27 June, padel later in 2026, full club in 2027. Dates, courts, programs, memberships and pricing are indicative and may change. We'll communicate material changes through the HQ list and on this site.

    7. Liability

    Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or the venue is limited, to the maximum extent allowed by law, to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
